Description

The 22-Day Revolution by Marco Borges | Key Takeaways & Analysis

The 22-Day Revolution by Marco Borges outlines a plant-based diet plan for weight loss and disease prevention. Plant-based, vegan and vegetarian diets are one of the healthiest, most popular, and historical diets in the world. Plant-based diets benefit the environment because they require less land to feed an individual and produce fewer greenhouse emissions. A plant-based diet is accessible and beneficial to everyone. And, contrary to popular belief, a plant-based diet can provide sufficient levels of vitamins, minerals, protein, and iron.
The principles of the 22-Day Revolution are to eat to 80 percent fullness, eat foods that are comprised of 80 percent carbohydrates, ten percent protein, and ten percent fat, exercise 30 minutes every day, and drink plenty of water.

  • Don’t waste your $$$

I realize that the book was $2.99 but there are plenty of lower priced books that are not so abbreviated that they are 24 pages. This is insulting. I have received free previews which were lengthier. In addition, much of the information contained therein is that which you likely have seen elsewhere and is not “revolutionary” (pardon the pun) so save your money and put it towards a good vegan or vegetarian cookbook, or a trip to the farmer’s market.
  • This is not the actual book

Don't commit the mistake of buying this book. I thought it was the actual book and it's not. It's very misleading. This review should be free. I want a refund.

I bought this book because I saw it at my daughter's place and liked the recipes. This book has absolute nothing important for me and if I would have known I would have never purchased and wasted my money😠😡 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
  • Environmental diet

I bought the book for the diet, but later after had read it I was amazed how harmful not only for our health, but also the environment is the habit of being carnivorous, I don't even imagine how inefficient and damaging was raising cattle, I have not left the meat but I have greatly reduced my intake.
  • We must return to our roots to regain health

I fully support the content of this book, there are many modern studies demonstrating these theories. Excellent analysis, we must be aware of this reality. The body of modern people live sick because they forget the basics and our roots. We must go back to eating plants and half an hour a day of exercise
  • Review recommended to get a summary of the diet

The Pareto's principle totally applicable to many areas is true in the diet and as Marco Borges said, the right amount of plant-based food to eat should be 80%, to take advantage of the vitamins, minerals, protein and iron that it carries. Review recommended to get a summary of the diet

I want to change my eating and this book gives good advice and good reasons to eat other foods and thereby lose weight and that besides these diets benefit the environment. It is a book that tries to make the change in people.
